Twelve Principles of
The Women’s Circle Movement
1. Our common purpose comes first—personal healing and collective rising depend on unity of spirit and intention.
2. The only requirement for joining is a sincere desire to grow and be present. All who feel the call are welcome.
3. Each circle is autonomous except in matters that affect the collective vision and integrity of the whole.
5. Our circle neither endorses nor opposes any causes, institutions, or ideologies. We are a spiritual movement, not a political or religious one.
4. Each circle serves one primary purpose: to hold sacred, safe space where women can connect, heal, and rise together.
6. We remain self-supporting through shared service and voluntary contribution. No one is paid, no one profits—what we give, we give freely.
7. Our circle remains non-professional. We are sisters, not experts. Healing happens through presence, not performance.
8. We are organized enough to serve, not control. Simplicity and humility guide our structure.
9. We have no centralized leadership. The circle is led by spiritual principles—honesty, love, and service—not by personal authority.
10. The circle has no opinion on outside issues, so that we may remain a space of refuge and unity above all divisions.
11. We lead through attraction, not promotion. We share our truth with humility, letting the power of sisterhood speak for itself.
12. Anonymity is spiritual humility in action. We remember: no one is above or below. We are equals. We come together not to shine alone, but to reflect the light of all.
