Dear sister,

I had an idea suddenly come to mind in March 2025: let's have a women's circle to support us through these tumultuous times. Then another thought came to me—why not make it a movement? I made a reel on Instagram, blurting out this idea moments after it came to mind, and the response was overwhelmingly "YES, let's go!"

I knew it had to be decentralised, leaderless, self-supporting, and accessible. And I am so excited to see that this is taking form.

Our Mission

To connect women globally above the noise and division, creating a deep, meaningful community outside of institutions and services. We empower women to stand fully supported in their gifts and power, as we co-create a new world from the crumbling structures of patriarchy, control, and violence. This movement answers the call of our time—to dissolve isolation and hopelessness with unity, presence, and the sacred bond of sisterhood.

Our Vision

We envision a world where every woman has access to a circle of sisters. Millions of women gathering in local and online circles—self-organized, spiritually rooted, emotionally supportive, and freely available. We see a thriving global network of women’s healing circles: a living, breathing organism of shared power and collective elevation.

In the long term, we dream of:

  • Circles in every city, town, and village.

  • Accessible training and resources to empower new facilitators.

  • Annual in-person gatherings and retreats.

  • A decentralized hub to connect, collaborate, and support each other.

This is a leaderless movement in structure, but a movement of leadership in spirit. Inspired by the service traditions of 12-step recovery, leadership here means spiritual humility, emotional strength, and loving service
